Our “man-day” rate in Jakarta Area is USD.190 all-inclusive, there are no hidden costs or other extra charges.
Our “man-day” rate outside Jakarta is USD.190 + transportation + accommodation (if more than one day) expense.
Our One “man-day” is for one inspector per day, per item and per shipment, a day work is 7 hours (exclude lunch hour) of inspection. Please note that most inspections cases or routine usually performed by 1 man-day, the number of man-days needed depends on the inspected sampling size (determined by your ordered quantity), the number of reference(s) and the complexity of your product(s).
Payment by TT and Paypal is acceptable and all of this information will be displayed on your invoice. Please find our pricing table for our services:
*Combinations means : If you want to perform more than one type of inspections we will give a discount of 5% from total price of man day
*All package means : If you want to perform all inspections and audits we will give a discount of 7% from total price of man day
Our all-inclusive fees include:
Approved samples handling.
Preparation (protocol, checklist) and coordination of your inspection/audit/production monitoring.
Transportation and meals
Inspection Report.
Other Options available:
>Same-Day Reporting : USD.25
You can choose this option if you want your report to be delivered the same-day of the service rather than to wait the next day. Please note that we do offer same-day Pre-Results free of charge but depends on the time as well.
>Late Booking or Express service : USD.25
In case you need us to go for an inspection with less than 2 full working days notice and if we can manage it within our schedule, an additional $25 per order will be charged.
> Collection of samples : USD.30
During your inspection, our inspector can pick up some production samples and send it to you using your courier account. It could be defective samples or proper sample or one export carton, this is up to you to decide.
> Working during official holidays : USD.100 per Man-Day.
If you need our staff to work during official local holidays, we can be flexible but need to share additional costs with you. FYI, in most Asian countries, working during official holidays is possible when employee get 2 times his normal salary.
> Overtime : USD.45 per hour.
Our inspectors normally leave the factory at 5 PM at latest to go back to the office and create the inspection report. However, from time to time inspectors may need to stay until after 5 PM in order to wait for late production, to supervise late container loading, or to implement the necessary corrective actions for some urgent shipments. Of course, we will first inform you about those special situations in order to get your approval to work overtime.
